113 - Jonathan Nutt, M.Div.

Jonathan is a contributing author to The Peacock Goat Review. He and Aaron David sit down for a chat about his recent and coming work.

Jonathan Nutt possesses a Latin inscribed vellum  (Actually it is high quality paper. No animals were harmed, sacrificed, or consumed in the printing.) granting upon him a Master of Divinity from Yale University. He is divinely inspired to write about spiritual experience and its relationship to communication and consciousness in this and other eras. He treasures conversation above all and thinks humanity will be saved one  conversation at a time. He lives with his wife and children in Bangkok Thailand where he is a teacher who writes, aspiring to be a writer who teaches.

112 - The Jungian Shadow, GOAT Rising

After a long sabbatical Kelly and Aaron David return to talk about the initiatory path and its inherent devilishness, as well as the hidden power the dark side offers us as we step through the Gate of Capricorn, where the Lord of the Gates of Matter, Child of the Forces of Time awaits us, offering the transformative power of dissolution and death.

109 - A Wizard's Spirits

Kelly’s back from New York and shares a bit about a vision that happened to both her and her daughter. Also, American Airlines is actively seeking to run its customers off apparently. We then go into a long discussion on Instrumental Transcommunication (ITC), also called Ghost Box, and what conclusions we can draw from our own experiences with the dead. Why do they always need help and talk of the Abyss and ask for Light? Is the lack of light the lack of a vehicle in the afterlife?

101 - Bernie Taylor - Before Orion

Entering the Cave of Castillo by torch-light Bernie Taylor takes us on the journey of transformation.

Bernie Taylor is an independent naturalist, thought leader and author whose research explores the mythological connections and biological knowledge among prehistoric, indigenous and ancient peoples. His works in these areas include Biological Time (2004) and Before Orion: Finding the Face of the Hero (2017). Before Orion is premised on Joseph’s Campbell’s hero's journey monomyth that is at the core of stories worldwide among indigenous peoples, the ancients, and our modern society. Before Orion explores a deeper root for this monomyth by looking at how hunter-gatherers viewed themselves within the natural and spiritual worlds through Paleolithic cave art from 40,000 years ago. Taylor proposes that select cave paintings are fundamental pieces in the human journey to self-realization, the foundation of written language, and a record of biological knowledge that irrevocably impacted some of the artistic styles, religious practices, and stories that are still with us. Taylor addresses a profound archaeological elephant in the room by opening up an uncharted place in our history, which points to the cultural ancestors of mankind in western North Africa. Before Orion will change the idea of who you think you are.
